Using this website
By using Luxurious Online, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation, misuse its content, submit misleading information or infringe another person’s rights. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
Directory and marketplace
Luxurious Online facilitates discovery and may link users to independent businesses or external marketplaces. Unless expressly stated, Luxurious Group is not the seller, broker, agent or contracting party for third-party transactions. Terms, payments, delivery, returns, warranties and disputes relating to a third-party offering are governed by the relevant provider.
Membership and communications
Community membership is subject to acceptance and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Members are responsible for providing accurate information. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time. Offers, benefits, rewards and invitations may be limited, changed or subject to separate conditions.
Business listings and opportunities
Submitting a listing or partnership application does not guarantee acceptance. We may request verification, edit presentation, categorise, decline, suspend or remove a listing to protect platform standards. Fees, campaigns or commercial arrangements are subject to separate written terms. Businesses remain responsible for their claims, licences, content, services and customer obligations.
Confidentiality
Information clearly marked confidential, disclosed in circumstances importing confidence, or reasonably understood to be confidential must be used only for the purpose for which it was provided. It must be protected with reasonable care and disclosed only to personnel, contractors, financiers, insurers or professional advisers who genuinely need it for that purpose and are subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
Confidential information includes commercial terms, pricing, proposals, strategies, financial information, client and partner identities, personal preferences, property or project information, designs, forecasts, due-diligence material, negotiations and information derived from them. It does not include information lawfully in the public domain, already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from an unrestricted third party, or approved for release in writing.
Where disclosure is legally required, only the minimum required information should be disclosed and, where lawful and practicable, the disclosing party should first be notified. On request or when the permitted purpose ends, confidential information must be returned or securely destroyed, subject to lawful archival and backup requirements. These obligations generally continue for five years after the last disclosure; trade secrets remain protected while they retain that character, and personal information remains protected as required by law.
A website submission does not by itself create a comprehensive mutual confidentiality agreement. For proposals, due diligence, partnerships or sensitive commercial discussions, the parties should enter appropriate written terms. Unauthorised use or disclosure may cause harm for which urgent injunctive or other equitable relief may be sought.
Intellectual property and liability
Site branding, design and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. Consumer guarantees and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms and the confidentiality provisions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to applicable consumer law. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
